National Museum Installation - Project
We partnered with National Museum on a 5-year contract. Through this collaboration, the museum benefits from cutting-edge LED displays and software, with the convenience of monthly payments covering all aspects of hardware and software provisions.
Terms and Conditions (TnC)
Contract Duration: The standard contract term is five (5) years, starting from the installation date.
Payment Structure: Clients agree to monthly payments, which cover the cost of both hardware and software. Payments are due on the first day of each month.
Installation and Maintenance: Adactive Asia is responsible for the installation of all equipment and provides regular maintenance services throughout the contract period.
Ownership: All hardware and software remain the property of Adactive Asia. Clients are granted a license to use the equipment and software for the duration of the contract.
Termination: Early termination of the contract by the client may incur a termination fee, calculated based on the remaining contract value.
Usage Rights: Clients are permitted to use the hardware and software solely for their intended purposes and may not sublicense or transfer rights to any third party without prior written consent from Adactive Asia.
Liability: Adactive Asia is responsible for equipment malfunctions not caused by client misuse. Clients are liable for damages resulting from negligence or unauthorized modifications.
Confidentiality: Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information obtained during the course of the contract.
